This concept might just give BMW’s MINI franchise a run for its money. Coming from another automaker with storied British lineage, Aston Martin officially unveiled its Cygnet concept car at the ongoing 2010 Geneva Auto Show. Sub-compact in size, the Aston Martin Cygnet is a test platform for a company historically known for its 007 certified 2-seater roadsters. A blend of Old World craftsmanship, hand sewn leather upholstery, signature Alcantara and aluminum design, with design solution for today’s issues – parking, traffic jams, and fuel price. Though the initial concept was based on Toyota iQ, as AutoBlogpointed out. the Aston Martin Cygnet is still a perfectly suited idea for urban trendsetters of the world.
