Ford has taken the wraps off its special edition 2014 F-150 SVT Raptor, updated with a number of purely cosmetic tweaks. In stark contrast to the Shelby edition with a supercharged 575-horsepower engine, this F-150 SVT Raptor has the same 6.2-liter V8 producing 411 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque. The special-edition designation translates to enhancements to the vehicle’s Luxury Package, which take the form of Ruby Red Metallic and Tuxedo Black Metallic paint with box-side graphics. Interior upgrades, meanwhile, comprise Brick Red seat bolsters with black inserts, as well as cloth honeycomb highlights, console top finish panel and applique accents at the center stack and door panel. Look for the 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Special Edition to be available this fall.
