If you’re a Tokyo-dwelling skater then you’re going to want to pencil in some time at the newly christened H.L.N.A. Skate Park in Diver City Tokyo Plaza. Opening its preverbal doors this past weekend, the large-scale outdoor facility is retailer H.L.N.A. Skygarden’s latest endeavor in bringing a full range of entertainment to Tokyo’s Water Front City.
