A small carbon footprint meets high fashion with this special edition smart Fortwo Electric Drive Car, which was revealed in its final production form at this year’s Shanghai Motor Show. We first caught wind of this unique collaboration between smart and famed designer Jeremy Scott last November when we previewed the pairing and, ever since, we haven’t been able to shake the striking design, complete with wings at the rear just above the brake lights and an alubeam-coated tridion safety cell, door mirror caps, and radiator grille. The car itself, which will begin production this month, will be available either as an electric-drive coupe with a 145km range and 77mph top speed or as an Brabus gasoline-powered model. Aside from its sneaker-inspired tail, the rest of the car is painted a polar white with a tailor-made matching interior and a set of spoked wheels. Pricing was announced to start at 33,333 Euros, or approximately $43,500.
