Since he got his start as a director for commercials and music videos, Michael Bay understands quite well about the “how-to” in building up suspense, a know-how he’s putting into practice as the crew begins filming Transformer 4. In a series of expose, Bay unveils each of the “vehicles” that will take part, including this 2014 FREIGHTLINER Argosy Cab-Over Truck.

Aside from the manufacturer, Bay divulged little about it. Though as an interesting sidenote, FREIGHTLINER is a subsidiary of Daimler Trucks North America, which also supplied the mammoth Western Star Long Haul Truck that will reprise the part of Optimus Prime in the new movie. But from the dark paint scheme and cold blue LED lighting, its safe to assume the FREIGHTLINER Argosy will play the part of a Decepticon instead.

Directed by Michael Bay and staring Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Kelsey Grammer, T. J. Miller, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, and Stanley Tucci, Transformers 4 will in theaters on June 27th, 2014.
