Smartisan T1 Smartphone

Presenting an alternative to the great smartphone divide is independent Chinese startup Smartisan, who has just introduced their T1 smartphone into the market. Like its chief competitors, the phone puts a savvy user interface at the forefront, featuring customizable display on a large 5-inch screen. Under the Gorilla Glass 3-composed hood, the phone is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC, giving buyers the option of 16GB or 32GB internal storage. The genius though, is in the details: the T1 is a notably finger-friendly piece with customizable buttons for easy photo taking, call answering, audio output, and display rotation. Head over to Engadget for a nifty review video of the Smartisan T1, arriving in China this July for $480 USD.
