Chevrolet Reveals The Slimmed Down 2016 Camaro

Chevrolet has unveiled the slimmed down 2016 version of its iconic sports coupe, the Camaro. Weighing in at 200 pounds lighter than its predecessors, boasting  a Corvette 6.2-liter V8 pushing and 455 horsepower the new model focuses on improved handling, quicker acceleration and competitive fuel economy. Whilst the changes are subtle, Aaron Link, lead development engineer, claims that “the driving experience is significantly different. Immediately, you will notice how much lighter and more nimble the Camaro feels.” The new Camaro is set to go head-to-head with the updated Ford Mustang when it is released in the coming months.
