STUDIOSC have constructed a creative, environmentally friendly office space in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The 10,000 sq. foot structure features recycled OSB boards along the entry ceiling; kitchen dividing beam and wall, backroom mosiac wall, and the reception desk. Rather than keep the standing factory windows, the architects opted to do away with the exterior windows, choosing instead to replace them with a modern design, which has been re-purposed to create dividing walls that are the interior light soures within the office.
