This latest colorway of the ASICS Gel-Lyte III pays tribute to traditional Japanese attire — namely, the kimono — using a build that makes generous use of a modern fabrication, denim, the best examples of which are sourced from Japan. The latter covers the majority of the real estate on the upper, while a floral textile print on the collar and tongue references the former.
