New York’s ALIFE has joined forces with up-and-coming photographers and videographers to capture the zeitgeist of youth culture. The aptly named “Young America” series provides a unique perspective from millennials living and working in the concrete jungle, alongside a capsule collection shot by teen photographers Sophie Day and Abbey Gilbert. With titles like “Drank” and “Surfbort,” the tees are emblazoned with black and white imagery that simply, yet effectively, conveys the fast lifestyle of NYC. In conjunction with the collection, a special edition magazine showcases additional works from Day and Gilbert, along with other wunderkind creatives. Both are available to purchase now through ALIFE’s website.
