Tomorrow night in NYC, Duck Down celebrates its 20 year anniversary with a special show at B.B. King’s in Times Square. I remember tagging along to the DD offices in Chelsea in like ’99 with my man DJ Peter Parker, years before I ever even heard the word “blog.” The Boot Camp Clik is one of the iconic 90′s Rap crews that basically raised me and Duck Down is unequivocally one of the most important indie labels in Hip-Hop history. Salute to them on 20 years, I just wish P was here to see it.
