Following our outline of Levi’s Commuter’s SS16 collection, we take a look at 20 of our favorite individual pieces.

Throughout the offerings, the brand makes heavy use of its aptly titled “Endurance Fabric,” a special blend of premium cotton and Cordura fibers that heighten garment durability as well as their ability to resist abrasion. The Work Jacket, for instance, takes Levi’s design heritages and updates it with reflective details, additional pockets, a dropped back hem for coverage while riding and a beautiful washed chambray finish. The series of Hooded Trucker Jackets include the same improvements as the Work Jacket, but make discreet use of a zip-out hood at the collar for protection from the elements while on two wheels.

Tees come equipped with hand-drawn graphics by Brooklyn-based artist Damien Correll and highlight some of the brand’s favorite cities, including New York, London and Tokyo. Needless to say, trousers are a huge part of the collection and come equipped with strong, stretch fabric, water repellency, reflective details, a u-lock holder, and a higher back rise for coverage while riding. Accessories come in the form of multipurpose bags and sneakers, all of which is designed to stand up to whatever you may encounter while weaving through the city.
