Todd Snyder x New Balance 998

A Black and Tan — for you non-beer drinkers, that’s a layered pint of a stout (typically a Guinness) and a pale ale or lager — has long been one of American designer Todd Snyder’s favorite drinks, so when it came time to design his latest collab with New Balance, Snyder looked no further than New York City’s iconic Old Town Bar. Inspired by the beer concoction and storied Big Apple pub alike, the collaborative release comes in the form of the tried-and-true 998 and, naturally, features hues of black and tan with suede and mesh construction, grey accents and nylon lacing.

American-made, the neutral-colored retro classic can be found online now while supplies last for $210 USD per pair.
