Jordan Brand x President Obama Farewell

It’s perks like these which make it easy to understand just why leaving The White House must be such a wrench. With President Obama set to depart the big seat on Friday, Jordan Brand has paid its respects with a farewell pair of custom Air Jordan 11Lab4’s.

It’s not the first time The Swoosh has gifted The Prez some crepes, having presented him with a red, white and blue sneaker designed by none other than Mark Parker, Tinker Hatfield and, of course, Michael Jordan at a speech in Oregon two years ago. Sadly, images of those kicks failed to surface, but we can take a look at the latest customs, which were hand-delivered by none other than Dexter Miller of Obama’s beloved Chicago cubs.Jordan Brand Bids President Obama Farewell

As befitting a man of Obama’s stature, the sneakers come in a box stamped with the Presidential Seal of approval. Made of some expensive black patent leather, the Seal again features on the tongue, while Barack’s autograph can be seen laser-etched onto the side.
