SUPREME x RAP-A-LOT RECORDS

This week sees Supreme announcing a new collaboration with Rap-A-Lot Records, founded in 1987 by J. Prince in Houston, Texas. The fledgling record label was home to the pioneering hip-hop group known as the Geto Boys, whose original lineup included J. Prince’s brother, Sir Rap-A-Lot, and later included Scarface, Bushwick Bill, Willie D and DJ Ready Red. Their certified platinum album We Can’t Be Stopped, featuring the provocative image of Bushwick Bill after he’d been shot in the eye after an altercation, is reprinted on a Hooded Sweatshirt, T-Shirt and Pillow. Those pieces are joined by a satin Club Jacket, 5-Panel Hat and Beanie. The collaboration, alongside four new graphic tees, will launch this Thursday, April 6th, at NY, LA, London, Paris and supremenewyork.com. Availability in Japan follows on April 8th.
