The slides, clogs, and mules fashion trend is still very much alive when various sportswear brands are still seeing see who can come up with the most innovative designs. Nike is a player in this realm as it has been dropping a flurry of easy-on-easy-off silhouettes in recent memory, one being the Nike ISPA Universal. And next up for the Swoosh’s modular design is a monochromatic gray colorway that has just been unveiled via official images.
The palette for this pair is more or less understated as its entire exterior is covered in a muted gray hue. However, the textures of this model are what give it its personality as it comes chiseled with curvy waves and rocky bumps along the quarter panels as well as all-over bumps. This marbled aesthetic is somewhat similar to the Adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR “MXT Moon Gray” colorway, only without the creamy accents. Inside the kicks are cork-infused sock liners to provide wearers with a stable foundation.
Check out a closer look at the Nike ISPA Universal in the gallery above and look out for it on Nike.com and select retailers to launch these in the coming months for $80 USD.
